← INSIGHTS / AI & AUTOMATION

AI should earn its place in your workflow.

Start with a useful task, clear boundaries, and a person who owns the outcome.

Useful AI begins with a real operational need. Look for repetitive tasks with clear inputs and reviewable outputs before attempting a fully autonomous workflow.

Begin with a bounded pilot

Choose an activity you can measure: organizing requests, drafting internal summaries, or retrieving approved information. Decide what a good result looks like before selecting a model or tool.

Keep review in the right places

Document failure modes, protect sensitive data, and give people a clear way to check or override results. Expand the workflow only when the evidence supports it.
